General rectifying diodes

 General rectifying diodes are high-voltage PN-junction rectifying elements.
 Our chip structure stands out for its heat and humidity resistance, using our own chemically and physically stable glass passivation.

 The voltage goes up to 800 V and output currents range from 1 A to 25 A.

Bridge diodes

 Our bridge diodes are suited for rectifying commercial power.
 Their voltage goes up to 1600 V, with 0.9 V forward voltage.
 We have a full line with output currents from 0.4 A to 50 A, high-voltage, high-IFSM, and low-noise in every package.

Schottky barrier diodes

 These diodes use the barriers created from the junction of metal and semiconductor.
 They make optimal high-speed, low-VF diodes,with lower forward startup voltage than a PN junction and extremely fast switching.

Fast recovery diodes

 These are high-voltage, high-speed PN-junction rectifying elements with improved reverse recovery characteristics.
 They are perfectly suited for SMPSes in fields including home electronics as well as those for offices and factories. With switching frequencies around 100 kHz,they are responsive to the trend towards higher frequencies in SMPSes.

 Our experience as a power semiconductor manufacturer is utilized in our MOSFETs. Their low input capacitance and high durability make them ideal for use in SMPSes.


 The SIDAC is a semiconductor element that conducts once a specified voltage is applied. It is widely used as a switch element, a pulse generation element, etc. The K1V series is bidirectional (it conducts in both directions).  The G1V series is miniaturized and unidirectional, for DC circuits.

Zeners

Power clampers

 Power Zeners are voltage clamp surge protection elements applying the avalanche breakdown phenomenon in the reverse direction from the PN junction. They have greater surge current capacities than ordinary Zener diodes. We also have power clampers, specially developed for SMPS circuit snubbers, with power diodes and high-speed diodes built into one package.

 Our ICs for power management make great use of high-voltage BCDMOS processes. They answer needs for improved power consumption efficiency.

MTA/MTD series

 With a broad lineup of high-voltage, high-current stepping motor driver ICs for various drive systems and high-output interface driver ICs for actuator drive, we respond to the growing performance of devices and the diversification of needs.

MD series

 These are non-insulating DC-DC converter power ICs. By combining the main components for a DC/DC converter into one package, we have eliminated the headaches of power circuit design. We have two types of rectifying systems: the SBD rectification type and the highly efficient synchronous rectification type. Realize high-performance power circuits easily by selecting the products that fit the application.

QRC Converter Control IC [MR series , MS series]

MR series

 These are IC modules for quasi-resonant power supplies, containing control
circuits and main switching elements.
 With just a few external components, construct a partial resonance power
supply that saves energy in standby.

MS series

 The MS1003SH and MS1004SH consume less power in standby mode than conventional ICs.
 The ICs incorporate various functions to make it more user-friendly and to make it easier to design a power supply with fewer external components.

LLC current resonant mode controller for Bridge Converter [MCZ series]

 MCZ Series are an advanced symmetric LLC current resonant mode controller for Bridge Converter.
 Symmetric LLC resonant converter application is expanding widely due to its extremely high efficiency and low noise characteristics.

 

PFC circuit control IC [MH series]

 MH2501SC (master IC) and MH2511SC (slave IC) comprise ICs for a current-critical interleaved PFC circuit.
 Interleaving with master and slave ICs ensures low noise and high efficiency, which are characteristics of current-critical PFCs, even in high power range.
 One-phase PFC can be configured using just the master IC.
