Raises Once per year (April)
Bonus Twice per year (June and December)
Days Off Five day work week (128 days off during 2017)
Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, May Day, the anniversary of the company’s foundation, five-day summer holiday, seven-day New Year holiday(including a paid vacation all employees must have)
Leave 19 days of paid annual leave during first year. Maximum of 24 days(depending on the years of service)
* Can be carried over for a maximum of two years * Half-days may be taken
Location Engineering positions: Hanno Factory (Saitama), sub-offices (Akita, Yamagata, Saitama)
Administrative positions: Head office (Tokyo), branches (Osaka, Aichi), Hanno Factory (Saitama)
Work Hours Head office / branches / sales offices 9:00 a.m. to 5:10 p.m.
Hanno Factory / other factories 8:20 a.m. to 4:55 p.m.
Incentive Systems Merit rewards, service rewards (every five years), official certification rewards,
proposal rewards, patent rewards, etc.

*Actual salary may differ upon the results of the spring labour-management negotiations
