Shindengen Electric Co., Ltd.’s (Headquartered in Tokyo Japan) bridge diode [1W package series] lineup has been expanded.

1. Overview

At Shindengen, we have been providing mounted type bridge diodes with rated current ranging from 0.8A to 1.5A.
We have released a new 1W package mounted type bridge diode reflecting the recent growing demands of increased rated current for mounted type diodes with improved capabilities.

High I_FSM 50A
High reliability even in humid conditions
SMD(Spec code 7072) and THD(Spec code 7101) available
