Shindengen Electric Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (Headquartered in Otemachi, Chiyoda-ku) has developed power supplies for LED lighting power supplies which can be used even under severe environmental conditions. The sale of these power supplies commenced in July 2011.
These products comply with PSE (Electrical Appliances and Material Safety Act) and also with IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) stipulated IP standards for dust proofing and water proofing. |

2． General Description
In recent time when global greenhouse effect countermeasures are required on a global scale, there has been a shift in demand for lower power consumption in the lighting industry as well. "LED lighting" in particular has gained a great deal of attention lately as lower power consumption, long life products.
The products we are introducing here are designed and developed for LED lightining products which specifically require rigourous environmental resistance in the form of "dust proofing" and "water proofing".
The product line up includes three types, a "25W output (constant current)" type, "70W
output (constant voltage)" type and a "150W output (constant voltage)" type,
and a selection of three output voltages for "constant voltage output" products, "24V", "36V" and "48V".
In addition these power supplies boast an industry leading class power conversion
efficiency of 92% (HS150S9FR: Input 200V/under rated load) and all models are
guaranteed wide-range temperature operation from -30 to ＋65°C. These products
are also compliant with "IEC61000-3-2 Class C" harmonic current standards and
have also received "PSE" safety standard certification with "CE" safety standard
certification still pending
