1．General description

The MCZ5205SE features integrated PFC and LLC controllers with a highly-reliable 600-V direct-gate driver in one chip. Low EMI and highly-efficient PSU can be configured easily with critical-conduction mode PFC and symmetric LLC resonant converter combination. Capacitive Mode protection and Safe Startup function eliminate undesired device stress with robust PSU assured. Light-load efficiency of LLC converter is much improved by Active Standby function.
