The sine wave inverter we have developed uses a number of power semiconductors of our own manufacture to obtain high efficiency. It utilizes digital technology with a CPU, provides electronic governor functionality to hold the engine's rpm constant, and offers a high-quality AC sine wave.

■ Uses our own highly reliable semiconductors are
used in the AC output part.
The high dv/dt tolerance MOS FETs we manufacture bring high reliability.
■ Structure
Our sine wave inverter is composed of three blocks:
a converter part that converts input AC voltage to DC voltage, an inverter
part
that converts DC voltage to AC voltage, and a filter part that makes
the PWM waveform into a sine waveform. It uses digital control
by CPU throughout:
AC voltage (3φ input) → DC voltage (voltage held constant) → AC voltage (voltage
held constant). The
inverter's circuit structure has also been simplified
to improve efficiency.
■ 3 types of power semiconductors installed--thyristors, diodes,
and MOS FETs
